Born in Indiana in 1992, and a graduate from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2015, Amber Allen is an emerging artist who works primarily in oils and watercolor.

She uses these contrasting methods to keep her mind and work balanced between opaqueness and transparency. To her, this means keeping in mind the underlying principles of reality. Namely, that all matter is essentially composed of energy. Her main inspirations are her Jewish heritage and her love of science fiction and scientific theory. The ideals central to her faith and the universal truths becoming apparent through science encourage her to delve into the mysteries of how and why the world believes as it does, whether those beliefs be religious or secular.

Allen has exhibited work in solo and group shows in California and South Carolina.
